Imagar has implemented quality control activities:

  • Detect and register non conformities.
  • Establish, implement, follow-up, document and evaluate corrective action plans.
  • Assure compliance of the projects and issues, and actively seek improvements in quality processes.

As part of these quality processes, Imagar has achieve the following ISOS 9.001 e ISO 27.001:

  ISO 9.001 certification of quality management systems

In addition to being an ideal platform from which to progress towards other management system certifications related to the environment, safety and social responsibility, UNE-EN ISO 9001makes it possible for small and medium-sized companies to place themselves on par with large corporations, ranking equally in effectiveness and competing on the same footing in the aggressive current market. Thanks to the implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with the standard UNE-EN ISO 9001, the organisation demonstrates its ability to consistently provide products or services that meet the requirements of the client and the applicable regulations. Amongst other advantages, it can attend to clients that, more and more, require certified suppliers, increase the possibility of boosting its sales in the European Union, improve its own quality systems, as well as the documentation and suppliers with regard to performance, in addition to generating greater trust between suppliers and clients. This international standard promotes the adoption of a process-based approach when a quality management system is developed, implemented and its effectiveness is improved, which is in turn based on the continuous improvement cycle PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act).

 ISO 27.001 Information Security Management Systems:

Information is one of the most important assets in an organisation. The defence of this asset is an essential task to ensure the continuity and the development of the business. It is also a legal requirement (copyright protection, personal data protection, services for the information society), and inspires confidence in clients and/or users. The greater the value of the information, the greater the risks associated with its loss or deterioration, improper or malicious use. Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) are the most effective means of minimising risks, ensuring that assets and risks are identified, considering the impact for the organisation, and that the most effective controls and procedures are adopted in line with business strategy.

Effective management of information security guarantees:

  • Confidentiality, ensuring that only those who are authorised can access the information
  • Integrity, ensuring that the information and its processing methods are accurate and complete, and
  • availability, ensuring that authorized users have access to the information and to related assets when they need it.

The certification of the Information Management System of AENOR, according to UNE-ISO / IEC 27001: 2014, contributes to the activities of information protection in organizations, imagination and field management.
